Job Duties:

• Process/review accounts payable and open items reports.
• Journal Entries.
• Account reconciliations.
• Invoice/Expense coding daily.
• Lubricants (purchase/transfer/reclass) daily.
• Tank monitors daily.
• Reconcile oil inventory monthly.
• DOT / Truck Inspections monthly.
• RCC Access / Calculate commissions monthly.

Job Requirements:

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and related software.
• Ability to operate office equipment as required for this position.
• Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry software including QuickBooks.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
• At least two years of related accounting experience required.
• High level or organization and attention to detail.
