Local Oil & Gas Company / Accountant

A local oil & gas company is looking for an accountant with oil and gas experience for immediate hire. Skill set and responsibilities are listed below:

Job Responsibilities/Skills:

Accounting degree
Oil and gas accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
PakEnergy O&G Software experience (desired, not required) (Formerly WolfePak O&G Software)
Joint interest billing and A/R experience
O&G interest owner relations
Revenue distribution
General ledger accounting
A/P experience
Financial statement preparation
Other accounting duties as necessary

Hours/Pay:

Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
$20-$23 an hour
401K after 1 year of employment
100% health insurance covered for employee

Applicant Requirements:

Must have a clean background
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a drug screen
