Job Description:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ultimately driving sales revenue for our car auction services. You will actively seek out new business opportunities, conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify potential customers through networking, and referrals.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our auction services and offerings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale agreements to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the automotive or auction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
