Local Heating & Air Conditioning Company / Project Manager-Mechanical
Pay: $24 - $38 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5 (overtime during busy season required)
Job Duties:
- Manage commercial projects from early design-assist and design-build work through day-to-day management to include: new project estimating, equipment and material submittals, equipment buy-out, RFI development, scheduling, start-up, equipment and system coordination, HVAC design, shop drawing design and coordination, construction safety, design-assist.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelors in Science in Engineering, or related field, from accredited educational institution. Education beyond the minimum is added advantage for career development.
- Exhibit good decision making, analytical problem solving, and excellent organizational abilities
- Communicate effectively, in written and spoken form, and possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
