Key Responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine project requirements - Measure, cut, and assemble wood materials to construct, install, or repair structures and fixtures - Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to perform carpentry tasks - Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience as a Carpenter or in a similar skilled trades role - Proficiency in the use of common carpentry tools and equipment - Strong attention to detail and ability to work from technical drawings - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
