Job Duties:

• Develop strategies that will introduce and educate our customers and dealers on features, benefits and advantages of products.
• Ensure alignment of activities and campaigns to the company monthly and annual sales goals.
• Report to senior management on a regular basis the successes and areas needing improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Testing and Sales to ensure new products can be brought to market in a timely manner.
• Travel to industry events and meetings with the dealer network members to build a professional network.
• Focus on long-term strategic goals while addressing tactical day-to-day business functions in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:·       

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years' experience with communicating across various platforms.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead others, work as a team and as an individual contributor.
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite
• Competency in standard Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Aptitude for understanding and an ability to easily communicate complex mechanical and/or computer technology.
• Multilingual abilities a plus.
