Job Summary We are looking for a dependable Counter/Warehouse Associate to provide customer service while assisting with daily warehouse operations. This position will handle counter sales, inventory, order pulling, and customer requests.
Job Responsibilities
Provide friendly customer service at the counter
Process counter sales and customer orders
Pull, stage, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
Receive, organize, and maintain inventory
Check inventory levels and assist with restocking
Assist customers with product questions and selections
Load and unload materials as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
Customer service or warehouse experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer and inventory skills
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Reliable and dependable attendance
Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
