Local Supply Company / Customer Service Representative
Pay: $14-$16/hr.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
Job Duties:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and order status updates
- Provide accurate information regarding dental supplies and services
- Organize and distribute incoming mail and shipments
- Maintain customer records and update information in company systems
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and data entry)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
