Local Housing Company / Cleaner
Pay: $13.50/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
Job Duties:
- Cleans vacant units, cabinets, walls, baths, stoves, refrigerators, etc.
- Cleans ovens, refrigerators and other cleaning functions as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Completes trash runs on an as needed basis.
- Delivers resident notices and letters as needed.
- Opens and cleans administrative offices as needed.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Must maintain a valid Texas driver's license.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Assists, when necessary, with any other duty as directed by the Executive Director.
- Consistently presents the Wichita Falls Housing Authority and its services in a positive manner and adheres to customer service guidelines and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a 7-year clean background
- Must be able to pass a drug screen.
- Must have a Valid Drivers License.
