Job Duties:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, ventilation systems, and thermostats
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs in a timely manner
• Ensure all HVAC systems comply with safety standards and building codes
• Perform testing to ensure systems are functioning efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
• Collaborate with property management and other maintenance staff to address resident concerns
• Maintain inventory of tools and parts, and order supplies as needed
• Previous professional experience as an HVAC technician required

Job Requirements:

• Previous HVAC experience
• Must have a 7-year clean background 
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must have a Valid Drivers License.
