Job Duties:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, ductwork, and refrigeration systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety regulations
• Handle refrigerants responsibly in compliance with EPA standards
• Provide excellent customer service and explain system issues and solutions clearly to clients
• Accurately complete service reports, work orders, and maintenance logs
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in safe working condition

Job Requirements:

• HVAC/R Certification from an accredited technical school or apprenticeship program
• State HVAC License
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, controls, refrigeration cycles, and airflow principles
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, gauges, meters, and hand/power tools
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
