Local Construction Company / Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator
Pay: $21.63-$28.85 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
Position Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator supports company hiring efforts by managing recruitment logistics, assisting with onboarding, and maintaining accurate HR records. This position focuses on administrative execution, scheduling, and candidate coordination within a fast-paced construction and manufacturing setting.
Job Duties:
Coordinate job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
Support the recruiting process by communicating with candidates and external partners.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation.
Conduct initial phone screens and assist in compiling candidate feedback for management.
Help organize and attend recruiting events.
Support HR data entry, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain confidentiality with personnel records.
Job Requirements:
1–2 years of administrative or office experience (HR or recruiting preferred).
High school diploma or GED required; additional education or HR certifications a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR or applicant tracking systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Reliable, professional, and able to manage sensitive information responsibly.
