In order to be considered for this position, you must have no active written warnings and acceptable attendance with solid performance in the following areas: attitude, initiative, quality of work and the ability to diligently apply knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints/drawings, Engine Manuals

• Ability to read and use basic measuring instruments

• Work with engineering in repair development and problem solving

• This position will require qualification as a FAA Part 65 repairman (will train)

Responsibilities

• Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection on components per written instructions.

• Document Inspection results on applicable forms

• Identify and schedule repair of non-conforming components

• Print all component routers for all products

• Prepare final certifying documentation for assigned components

• Authorize by signature, on behalf of the repair station, the airworthiness of components

• Interact actively with marketing to ensure customer satisfaction

• Aid in the development and maintenance of repair schemes

• Prepare all necessary documentation for all components

• Other duties as required to support company objectives

• Job is being posted for the Segment Cell, but will require additional cross-training

Shift/Hours: B Shift (3 p.m. – 1 a.m. Monday thru Thursday)
