Qualifications
Reading blueprints/drawings, Engine Manuals
Ability to read and use basic measuring instruments
Work with engineering in repair development and problem solving
This position will require qualification as a FAA Part 65 repairman (will train)
Responsibilities
Perform Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection on components per written instructions.
Document Inspection results on applicable forms
Identify and schedule repair of non-conforming components
Print all component routers for all products
Prepare final certifying documentation for assigned components
Authorize by signature, on behalf of the repair station, the airworthiness of components
Interact actively with marketing to ensure customer satisfaction
Aid in the development and maintenance of repair schemes
Prepare all necessary documentation for all components
Other duties as required to support company objectives
Job is being posted for the Segment Cell, but will require additional cross-training
Position reports to: Quality Supervisor
Shift/Hours: B Shift (3 p.m. – 1 a.m. Monday thru Thursday)
