Local Building Supply Company / Installation Manager
Pay: $30/hour+ depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
Job Duties/Requirements:
- Manage and oversee installation crews across multiple jobsites
- Schedule projects, assign crews, and ensure timelines are met
- Address day-to-day jobsite issues, resolving problems quickly and effectively
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Train, mentor, and develop crew members to improve performance and consistency
- Enforce company policies, safety standards, and jobsite procedures
- Handle discipline and performance management when necessary
- Communicate regularly with project managers, leadership, and customers
- Travel to jobsites as required to support crews and project needs
Qualifications:- Previous foreman or supervisory experience in a construction environment
- Strong working knowledge of construction processes and jobsite operations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage crews effectively
- Ability to read and implement plans, drawings, and specifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
