Local Lawn Service Company / Lawn Service Technician
Pay: $15+ an Hour Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 7-4 Overtime as Needed
Job Duties:
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other lawn treatments according to company guidelines and safety standards.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as spreaders, sprayers, and aerators.
- Conduct assessments of lawn conditions and identify issues like weeds, pests, and diseases.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports for each customer visit.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to lawn care services.
- Safely handle and store chemicals and equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- No previous DWI’s
- No felonies
