Job Responsibilities
Help lead and direct daily team activities

Monitor work quality and productivity
Help train and support team members
Communicate with management regarding daily operations
Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Assist with general duties as needed
Requirements
Previous leadership or team experience preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Dependable and reliable
Ability to work well with others
Willingness to assist with hands-on work
Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
