Member Success Advocate (MSR)
Pay: $18-$20/hr | Full-time (40 hrs/week) | Monday–Friday
As a Member Success Advocate, you’ll be the first point of contact, helping members with their financial needs—from opening accounts and processing loans to handling transactions and recommending services. You’ll build lasting relationships, resolve issues, and contribute to the success of the team in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with accounts, loans, and financial services
- Recommend products that fit members’ financial goals
- Handle issues and ensure a positive member experience
- Help detect fraud and follow security guidelines
- Support branch goals and participate in community programs
Requirements: - 2+ years in customer service, banking, or retail
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent (loan experience is a plus)
