Local Building Supply Company / Office Manager
Pay: $18-$20 Depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
Job Duties/Requirements:
- Phones
- Scanning lockshop/ install paperwork
- Entering install times on spreadsheets
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Scanning & uploading receipts/invoices
- Uploading to vehicle maintenance log
- Verizon Connect
- Project info sheets
- Closeouts
- Ordering office and warehouse supplies
- Mail (preparing checks etc.)
- Filing payables into cart
- Matching checkstubs to payables
- Filing check stubs in filing cabinets
- Mailing our checks out.
Applicant Requirements:
- Must have a clean background.
- Pass a drug screen.
- Must have Valid Driver's License.
- Must have high school diploma or GED.
