Local Company / Office Manager
Pay: $18+ Depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
Job Duties/Requirements:
- Manage all administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Oversee office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, clean, and organized.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic accounting software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Knowledge of basic financial management and budgeting is a plus.
- Proven experience working in HR is preferred.
