Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual to join our team as an Administrative & Social Media Assistant. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with computers, organized, and capable of supporting both office operations and digital marketing efforts.
Pay: $18-$20 per hour Depending on Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Assist with creating and posting marketing content
- Perform general administrative tasks (emails, scheduling, document organization)
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, tracking expenses, data entry)
- Maintain and organize digital files and records
- Assist with customer communication and follow-ups
- Help streamline day-to-day business operations
Qualifications:
- Energetic, self-motivated, and reliable
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus (QuickBooks or similar preferred)
