Operations Hand
The Operations Hand installs and maintains vinyl billboard advertisements, digital billboards, and the surrounding structures. This role involves working at heights up to 125 feet and in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain billboards and digital assets.
Climb ladders and work on elevated platforms.
Lift up to 100 lbs. safely.
Operate tools and equipment (welders, torches, power tools).
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Perform general maintenance on signage and surrounding property.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Light construction experience preferred.
Strong time management and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Work Environment:
Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Physically demanding role requiring climbing, lifting, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
Open to traveling in the Texas / Oklahoma area.
