Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Painter/Drywall Technician to support restoration and cleanup projects. This role involves accessing areas impacted by leaks, performing repairs, and restoring affected spaces to their original condition. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both demolition and finishing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remove cabinets and open drywall to access water leaks and damaged areas
- Assist with cleanup and restoration processes as needed
- Repair drywall, including patching, taping, mudding, and sanding
- Perform paint touch-ups and finishing work to restore surfaces
- Reinstall cabinets and fixtures after repairs are completed
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in painting and drywall repair required
- Basic knowledge of construction or restoration work preferred
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
