Local Non-Profit Company / Part-Time House Manager
Pay: $15 - $18/Hr.
Hours: Part-time position with 20-24 hours a week.
Nights / Weekends
This company is a non-profit facility that provides a safe, secure, affordable, caring environment to families. They are seeking a mature adult with exceptional interpersonal skills that exemplifies in Leadership, Self-Confidence, and Compassion for others. This company is open 24-7-365 including all holidays. This position must be very flexible and willing to work night shift and weekend shift but will have a set schedule. Salary negotiable with experience.
Job Duties/Requirements:
Ability to effectively work with people, especially families in crisis.
Ability to function as a team member and willing to help in all areas.
Ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate good judgement.
Must have a positive and warm personality; be dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.
Have a clear understanding of how to maneuver computer applications.
Have current experience with MS Word and Excel Spreadsheets.
Have a clear understanding of how nonprofits operate including dealing with donors, house guests, and visitors.
