Job Duties:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair various types of refrigeration systems, including commercial and industrial units.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive care on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues within refrigeration systems using specialized tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to accurately perform repairs and installations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed service reports and documentation of parts used.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and offering professional advice and solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually improve skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance service delivery.
