Local Construction Company / Revit Detailer
Pay: $40K-$75k a Year Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5
Job Duties:
- Create detailed Revit models and drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) projects.
- Interpret and apply project specifications, construction documents, and design intent into precise Revit models.
- Generate construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details from Revit models.
- Maintain accurate records of revisions and updates to models and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, BIM protocols, and industry best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and design drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Applicant Requirements:

- Must have a valid driver's license.
