Job Summary We are looking for a dependable Rubber Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have previous production or machine operating experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Operate rubber production machinery safely and efficiently
Load materials and monitor machine operations
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Make basic machine adjustments as needed
Follow production, safety, and quality procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Perform general production duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous production or machine operating experience required
Ability to follow instructions and production procedures
Good attention to detail
Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable and dependable attendance
Ability to work well with a team
