This position is primarily responsible for billing customers for service work, and as part of that process, reviewing content of completed work orders for inconsistencies and safety-related issues for follow up, while building and maintaining effective service billing practices to provide the highest level of customer service.
Essential Functions
Process incoming work orders efficiently and resolve inaccuracies for detailed and timely customer invoicing.
Review work orders, research, correct and report inconsistencies, and summarize customer follow-up actions where applicable.
Develop and maintain proficient working knowledge of company billing procedures, special seasonal offerings, and service plans.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve work order errors.
Identify, research, and present solutions to the challenges and issues that cause billing inconsistencies to minimize poor customer experiences.
Be receptive to and competently use new technologies.
Be receptive to and successfully complete other duties as assigned.
