Local Non-Profit Company / Venue Rental Coordinator

Pay: $16 - $18 Depending on Experience
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 with some evenings and weekends

Job Duties:

  • Conduct friendly, knowledgeable facility tours with customers.
  • Facilitate contracts and invoices of rental events.
  • Assist customers to determine event requirements and needs.
  • Coordinate with other department members to arrange requirements and needs of customer.
  • Promote, negotiate and facilitate event rentals of two venues.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience. 
  • Organizational skills, use of calendar for scheduling, strong attention to detail, computer skills, Square & Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Must have a clean background.
  • Pass a drug screen.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
