Job Description

Local Non-Profit Company / Venue Rental Coordinator

Pay: $16 - $18 Depending on Experience

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 with some evenings and weekends

Job Duties:

Conduct friendly, knowledgeable facility tours with customers.
Facilitate contracts and invoices of rental events.
Assist customers to determine event requirements and needs.
Coordinate with other department members to arrange requirements and needs of customer.
Promote, negotiate and facilitate event rentals of two venues.

Job Requirements:

Strong customer service experience.
Organizational skills, use of calendar for scheduling, strong attention to detail, computer skills, Square & Outlook.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Applicant Requirements:

Must have a clean background.
Pass a drug screen.
Must have a valid driver's license.
