Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Clerk with strong data entry and clerical skills to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have warehouse and office experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Perform data entry for inventory, orders, shipments, and customer information
Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
Process invoices, purchase orders, receiving, and shipping paperwork
Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing incoming materials
Prepare orders and paperwork for outgoing shipments
Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
Coordinate with warehouse staff, customers, vendors, and drivers
Research inventory discrepancies and resolve order issues
Maintain organized files and accurate records
Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Requirements
Several years of warehouse, inventory, data entry, or clerical experience
Strong computer and data entry skills
Warehouse or inventory management system experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
Dependable and professional
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
