Job Summary We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to assist with donations, customers, and daily store and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and comfortable performing physical work.
Responsibilities
Pick up donations and assist customers and donors
Operate the cash register and process transactions
Receive, screen, organize, and merchandise donations
Clean, repair, and prepare donated items for sale
Sort recycling and handle trash disposal
Maintain a clean and organized store and warehouse
Assist with and supervise volunteers as needed
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Ability to lift, move, and handle donated items
Good organization and attention to detail
Dependable and reliable attendance
Good customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Willingness to work with and supervise volunteers
Background will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
